Where we ship
We currently ship across India to all serviceable PIN codes. If your PIN code is not serviceable by our courier partners, we’ll contact you with alternatives.
Order processing
Orders are processed and dispatched within 2–3 business days (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays). During sales, festivals or new launches, processing may take slightly longer — we’ll always keep you informed.
Delivery timelines
Estimated delivery from dispatch:
- Metro cities (Delhi NCR, Mumbai, Bengaluru, etc.): 2–5 business days
- Other cities & towns: 4–8 business days
- Remote or rural PIN codes: may take a little longer
Shipping charges
- FREE shipping on all orders above ₹999.
- A flat fee of ₹49 applies to orders below ₹999.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) is available; any COD handling fee, if applicable, is shown at checkout.
Order tracking
Once dispatched, we share a tracking link via email and SMS. If you haven’t received tracking within 3 business days of ordering, email sandcastleclothing@gmail.com or WhatsApp +91 97175 15990.
Failed deliveries & incorrect addresses
Please ensure your shipping address and contact number are accurate and complete. If a shipment is returned to us due to an incorrect address, repeated failed delivery attempts or refusal to accept, we’ll contact you to arrange re-shipment (additional charges may apply).
Delays
We’re not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, weather, strikes or other circumstances beyond our control, but we’ll always help you track and resolve any issue.
