If something isn&#8217;t right, here&#8217;s how returns and refunds work.<\/p>\n<h3>Return &amp; exchange window<\/h3>\n<p>You may request a return or exchange within <strong>7 days<\/strong> of delivery.<\/p>\n<h3>Condition of returned items<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Items must be unworn, unwashed and undamaged.<\/li>\n<li>Original tags, labels and packaging must be intact.<\/li>\n<li>Please include the invoice or order number.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Non-returnable items<\/h3>\n<p>For hygiene and safety reasons, innerwear, socks and clearance\/final-sale items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective.<\/p>\n<h3>How to start a return<\/h3>\n<p>Email <a href=\"mailto:sandcastleclothing@gmail.com\">sandcastleclothing@gmail.com<\/a> or WhatsApp <a href=\"https:\/\/wa.me\/919717515990\">+91 97175 15990<\/a> with your <strong>order number, the item(s)<\/strong> you&#8217;d like to return, and the reason. For damaged or wrong items, please attach photos. We&#8217;ll guide you through the next steps and, where applicable, arrange a pickup.<\/p>\n<h3>Exchanges<\/h3>\n<p>Happy to exchange for a different size or style, subject to availability. If the new item differs in price, the balance will be collected or refunded accordingly.<\/p>\n<h3>Refunds<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Once we receive and inspect your return, we&#8217;ll notify you of approval.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Prepaid orders:<\/strong> approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within <strong>5&ndash;7 business days<\/strong> (your bank may take a little longer to reflect it).<\/li>\n<li><strong>COD orders:<\/strong> refunds are made via UPI or bank transfer &mdash; we&#8217;ll collect those details when you request the return.<\/li>\n<li>Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong or damaged item).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Damaged, defective or wrong items<\/h3>\n<p>If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect item, contact us within <strong>48 hours<\/strong> of delivery with photos and we&#8217;ll make it right at no cost to you.<\/p>\n<h3>Order cancellations<\/h3>\n<p>Orders can be cancelled for a full refund any time before they are dispatched.
