If your PIN code is not serviceable by our courier partners, we&#8217;ll contact you with alternatives.<\/p>\n<h3>Order processing<\/h3>\n<p>Orders are processed and dispatched within <strong>2&ndash;3 business days<\/strong> (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays). During sales, festivals or new launches, processing may take slightly longer &mdash; we&#8217;ll always keep you informed.<\/p>\n<h3>Delivery timelines<\/h3>\n<p>Estimated delivery from dispatch:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Metro cities<\/strong> (Delhi NCR, Mumbai, Bengaluru, etc.): 2&ndash;5 business days<\/li>\n<li><strong>Other cities &amp; towns:<\/strong> 4&ndash;8 business days<\/li>\n<li><strong>Remote or rural PIN codes:<\/strong> may take a little longer<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Shipping charges<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>FREE shipping<\/strong> on all orders above <strong>&#8377;999<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>A flat fee of <strong>&#8377;49<\/strong> applies to orders below &#8377;999.<\/li>\n<li>Cash on Delivery (COD) is available; any COD handling fee, if applicable, is shown at checkout.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Order tracking<\/h3>\n<p>Once dispatched, we share a tracking link via email and SMS.
